Pricing and Quotes

What does "$65 off your first service" cover?

It's $65 off the invoice on your first job with us, regardless of what the job turns out to be. There's no catch and no minimum spend beyond the job itself.

How does your pricing work for drain jobs?

We inspect the job on site, then quote one price for the whole thing. We don't charge by the hour, so what you agree to is what you pay, no matter how long it takes us.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. It's a $0 call-out fee, every time. Whether the job runs five minutes or an entire afternoon, the visit itself never costs you a cent.

Can the price change once you start?

No. Whatever we quote before starting is what lands on your invoice at the end. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop and talk to you before going further.

Who You Are Letting In the Door

Who actually turns up?

An owner-led team, with the director often on the tools. One of us focuses on drain and sewer work specifically, and another covers general maintenance plumbing. Both trades, water and gas, are in-house.

What does the lifetime labour warranty cover?

It covers the work itself, indefinitely. Play up later on and we'll be back to sort it, at no extra charge.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, under our quality workmanship guarantee. We test every job before we leave, so it's actually doing the job, not just looking tidy.

How experienced are you with drains?

15+ years' experience clearing and repairing drains across Sydney, including the older clay and earthenware lines common in Enfield. We've seen most of what an ageing pipe network can throw at us.

Booking, Timing and Turnaround

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes, genuinely. A real person answers the phone day or night, not a voicemail or an overseas call centre reading from a script.

What counts as a drain emergency?

Sewage backing up inside the house, water pooling around fixtures, or a blockage that's stopped you using a toilet or shower. If it's affecting your ability to use the property, call us straight away.

Do you work weekends and public holidays?

Yes. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays all run on the same terms as a weekday. Same fixed-price approach either way.

How do I book?

Call (02) 9134 9075, tell us what's going on, and we'll find you a slot, most weeks that's the same day you call. Sending details through the contact form works too.

Drains Around Enfield

Why do older Enfield homes keep getting blockages?

Plenty of the suburb's pre-war housing still runs on its original earthenware drainage. Decades sitting in reactive clay soil have left the joints prone to cracking, and once that happens roots and debris work their way in.

Why does my drain block again after heavy rain?

The southern end of Enfield drains into the Cooks River and Coxs Creek system, and that network struggles to keep up during a real downpour. Pits surcharge and water backs up, which is usually a capacity problem rather than something wrong with your own pipes.

Why do tree roots block so many Enfield drains?

The suburb's older residential streets carry plenty of established trees, and their roots find their way into aged clay sewer lines through cracked joints. It's one of the most common callouts we get locally, especially near the older streets closer to Henley Park.

What suburbs do you service?

Enfield, plus the surrounding pocket of the Burwood Council area. We're regularly out at Burwood, Strathfield, Belfield, Concord and Ashfield.
